Most garments can be hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent or professionally dry-cleaned. Lay them flat to dry and fold rather than hang to preserve their shape. At 4 Loving People, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If your cashmere item doesn’t fit or you simply change your mind, our cashmere returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return your purchase. Our standard window for cashmere returns and exchanges is 7 days from the receipt of your order, and items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
For purchases outside this period, returns may still be accepted at our discretion. Full details, including how to initiate online cashmere returns, can be found on our refund policy page.
We ship internationally with DHL and we collect duties and taxes at checkout, as well as shipping charges. Typically arrive within the standard delivery timeframe, though customs processing may vary depending on your country.
(*Please note that international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local customs office. Because these vary widely by country, we cannot predict the exact cost in advance.
