If your cashmere item doesn’t fit or you simply change your mind, our cashmere returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return your purchase. Our standard window for cashmere returns and exchanges is 7 days from the receipt of your order, and items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

We ship internationally with DHL and we collect duties and taxes at checkout, as well as shipping charges. Typically arrive within the standard delivery timeframe, though customs processing may vary depending on your country.
